In addition to my master degrees 'classical and popular music' I also have a certification in music pedagogy.
I'm associated to the Academies of Music, Visual Arts & Drama of Borgerhout and Boom, two places located around the city of Antwerp, Belgium. I'm teaching classical & jazz saxophone and classical & popular composition/music theory to both starting and advanced students. In 2015, I also started teaching Music Theory and Solfège in Brussels at the 'Kunsthumaniora Brussel' to students who dream to become professional musical actors.

During the years I expanded my small class to a group of more than 40 regular students of all ages and levels. Besides my weekly conventional lessons I try to organize (inter)national projects and concert trips as much as possible. For example our concert trip to Vienna - the capital of music - and our live performance at the Flemish Sport Awards in Brussels are the highlights of the last two years. Every three years I have to prepare my students for there final grade exam and every year they have to pass an evaluation test.

Before teaching in Antwerp, I had some additional teaching experiences (Music History, Saxophone, Chamber Music and Solfège) in the cities of Wilrijk, Tielt, Lokeren, Ypres and Gentbrugge (Belgium).
